Design Assignment: Dog It Out

Design Assignment from the DS106 Assignment Bank:
Dog It Out…or…Happy Birthday Frankie!

*I am currently working my way through my fourth semester of the Information and Learning Technologies master’s program at University of Colorado, Denver.  This is the sixth post within a series of Creative Assignments that I’ve been tasked with completing for a course titled Digital Storytelling.

The design assignment that I chose from the DS106 Assignment Bank is called Dog It Out.  It states, “Take a picture of your dog, or any animal that you have.  Then upload the picture to a any desired editor.  Edit the picture to make it something unique and interesting.  Give the dog a cigar, clothes, a hat, a ball, make the dog ride a bicycle, car, a train etc.  Make sure that it is creative and makes people smile.”

I chose this assignment because I thought it sounded a bit more fun and laid back than many others I’ve been forced to do chosen lately.  I wanted/needed something creative to work on and well, everyone loves a party…especially my canine BFF Frankie.
